- Audio is not edited or presented in a way that is misleading or alters the factual context.
- All applicable laws and regulations are followed.
2. Content Disclaimer
All audio streams are sourced from public radio transmissions and are provided “as is” for informational purposes only. Craven Live makes no guarantees as to the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of the content.
3. Legal Compliance
You agree to use Craven Live only in a manner that complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. This includes laws governing the interception and retransmission of radio communications.
4. Account Access

Required credit
Always provide attribution:

Editing rules
You may trim, clean noise, adjust levels, or bleep sensitive content. Do not misrepresent or fabricate transmissions.
Safety & privacy
Delay posting if real-time audio could endanger responders. Blur/bleep personal info when appropriate.
Distribution
You may include clips in coverage. You may not rebroadcast full streams, sell access, or run continuous “scanner channels.”
Revocation
We may revoke permission for misuse, missing credit, or safety issues. Continued use after notice may result in legal action.
